Delete your NextNoon account and data

Delete in the app

Sign in to NextNoon, open My Page → Settings → Delete account permanently and follow the confirmation steps. Your account, profile, uploaded photos and linked service data are deleted. Deletion cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@nextnoon.app from your registered email address with the subject “NextNoon account deletion request”. Specify whether you want to delete your account or particular data. You do not need to reinstall the app. We will provide any steps needed to verify account ownership. Do not send passwords, verification codes, identity documents or card numbers.

Records that may remain

Limited records may remain for purchase and refund processing, prevention of receipt reuse or abuse, security investigations and disputes. Payment records are unlinked from the deleted account. Contact privacy support for information about retained records and what can be deleted.
