1. Service

NoonWalk provides recommendations, matching, chat, and scheduling so verified company and school members can arrange lunch, coffee, or walking meetings.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account, age, and affiliation information. You may not use another person’s account or organization email.

3. Safety and conduct

Harassment, discrimination, impersonation, spam, illegal conduct, and sharing personal information without consent are prohibited. Meet in public and leave and report if you feel unsafe.

4. Accounts and content

You are responsible for your profile and messages. We may review reports and restrict content or accounts to protect users, comply with law, and operate the service.

5. Changes and termination

You can delete your account in Settings. We may restrict serious violations and may request renewed consent when material terms change.

6. Limits

NoonWalk uses reasonable steps to verify accounts and organization email addresses, but does not guarantee or directly supervise offline meetings between users.

7. Workplaces and Google Maps

Email affiliation verification and workplace selection are separate. We do not verify that the selected location is an official organization workplace or that a user works there. Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service apply when using Google Maps-powered search.
